1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer shipping worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method chosen. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (as shown on site).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with tracking details. You can use that to check delivery status.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas may have limited shipping options. International shipping may be subject to customs/duties which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
