Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging with tags.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Tags must be intact

• Packaging must not be damaged

Items returned without original packaging or used cannot be accepted.

3. How to Return

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

3. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA (Return Authorization)

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or seller error.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method

• Refunds may take 5–14 business days depending on bank/card processing times

6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case‑by‑case basis depending on stock availability.
